Stephanie Haber

I have always been driven to be a star - theater, dance, and singing were huge passions growing up. My parents encouraged me to study business alongside my creative pursuits. The most important lesson I learned from my father was that every minute is billable, whether towards making money or enjoying personal time.

Early Career

I spent much of my early career as an entrepreneur, building companies like The Little Theatre and Loan Office Support. During the 2008 financial crisis, I pivoted to a corporate career to support my family, starting on the phones at Bayview Asset Management and eventually retiring 15 years later as a Senior Vice President.

Certified Success Coach

Throughout this remarkable journey, I became a certified success coach and extended my coaching expertise and abilities to mentor leaders. My passion for nurturing talent led me to create a mentorship program for leaders and serve on Bayview's inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, where I helped shape a more inclusive company culture

Retiring from Bayview

After retiring from Bayview in 2023, I felt a deep calling to empower more women to thrive in business by sharing my hard-won experiences. I tell it like it is - building a successful company requires creativity and business acumen.

My Goal

I pride myself on achieving premium results efficiently. I aim to bring other women up along the way just like my incredible mentors lifted me. Female empowerment has become part of my DNA after 15 years of paving the way in a male-dominated industry with a smile on my face!

My ultimate goal is to help women strategically bring their visions to life while avoiding the common pitfalls that I've personally navigated over my 30+ years of entrepreneurship and executive leadership.
